I am an HR leader with nearly a decade of experience helping employees and organizations navigate complex workplace challenges with clarity, strategy, and confidence.
Throughout my career, I have seen employees struggle not because they were wrong, but because they did not have the language to communicate their experience in a way that HR understands. I created Jenae The HR Bae Consulting to bridge that gap and give people the clarity, confidence, and strategy they need to advocate for themselves effectively.
My Experience
I currently serve as an HR Director, supporting hundreds of employees across multiple U.S. locations and partnering closely with senior leaders to drive people strategy, performance, and organizational effectiveness. My experience includes:
Leading complex employee relations investigations across multiple sites and industries
Managing performance issues, corrective action, and PIP processes from start to resolution
Advising leadership on workplace conflict, risk mitigation, and employee engagement
Designing and delivering leadership development programs
Supporting ADA accommodations, compliance, and policy interpretation
Navigating high stakes workplace situations with both empathy and strategic clarity
I have worked at the intersection of employees and leadership, giving me a unique perspective on how decisions are made, how HR evaluates situations, and how employees can position themselves effectively.
